1. Click on Go To WABA
2. Click on Connect WABA …
3. Click on Create New WABA
4. Click on Login with Facebook.
Use an account which is old and in your personal name and not the business account.
5. Click on Continue with Facebook.
6. Click on Get Started.
7. Click on Continue.
8. Type Business name, Business email ID, Business website/profile page, Country.
If you have an existing business name, you will get a popup to select the business name if not you can create an appropriate business name.
9. Click on Next.
10. Click on Next.
11. Type WhatsApp business Account name, profile display name, business description.
While typing the business account/profile display name do not use any generic names.
For example: Ambulance on call etc.
12. Selecting Category.
Always click on Professional Servies.
Click on Save.
13. Type Phone Number.
Make sure the number being used is not on WhatsApp.
In case the Number is on WhatsApp then, Go to WhatsApp App click on settings click on My account and then click on delete. By doing this all the data from WhatsApp will be Deleted.
OR
You can also get a new number which has never been on WhatsApp.
14. Click on Next.
15. Enter the OTP and click on Next.
16. Verifying your information.
17. Click on Finish.
18. Select WABA.
19. Click on Save Section.
20. Click on the Highlight (Three dots)
21. Click on Two Factor Authentication.
22. Enter the pin.
The pin should be remembered to access your account.
23. Click on Register
