1. Click on Go To Automation Builder
2. Click on Bot Fields…
3. Click on Add Bot Field
4. Type an appropriate Lable.
5. Click on the dropdown.
6. Select an appropriate Field type
String Is Used to Store Alpha Numeric Values,
Number Is Used to Store Numeric Values,
Boolean Is Used to Store values like True/False,
Multi-String (Array) Is Used to Store Multiple Answers In A Question Block,
JSON Is Used to Store JSON Values.
7. Type an appropriate Field Description.
8. Click on Create Field
9. Click on OK
